We also collect data relating to your route of entry through the website. This includes; your IP address, physical location, your chosen internet browser and service provider, and your viewing device.

Why we need your data

We collect information on you to provide the best possible service we can offer to fulfil your specific request. For example; if you fill out a ‘Make an Enquiry’ form we use this information to contact you, discuss your project, send you samples and brochures, process your order, manage your account.

 

We would also email you about other products, services, and information we think may be of interest to you. We may also contact you directly to follow up on your order and the experience we have provided.

 

We are also careful to ensure we do not collect any of your personal information which we would not need in fulfil your order.

How long will we keep your data?

If Deane Interiors provide you with products or services, we are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed.

 

For marketing purposes, we will keep your personal details until you notify us that you no longer wish us to store this information. In the event that we have been unable to contact you within the first 12 weeks of your initial request, your details will be destroyed also.
